		<description>this is what i have been looking for. i have 6yrs of prior service. medical, army. discharged in 1984. never used my gi bill. now im currently enrolled at A CAREER COLLEGE, FOR my LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE. and i was looking for some financial asst but every where i looked, my time to use my gi bill expired. so this NAVUBPP IS a gift sent from heaven. how do i apply. calfornia resident.</description>
