My wife received a telephone call from the VA Representative regarding my VA benefits. However, I' m presently serving in Afghanistan and the VA Representative in the States would only speak to me after numerous emails and toll free calls. I'm still not receiving any Post 9/11 GI Bill benefits (my daughter Veronica R. McGill, is currently attending Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University). I have submitted all of the necessary documents. Will you look into this matter or send me a telephone number with a direct POC? Your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated in this matter. If so how do we go about getting the paper work started so that we can get my college paid for. Thank you very much.
